High Open AreaElectron Beam Drilling is a natural solution for high open area screens. Are you using back up plates for your filtration screens because they are too weak on their own? Do your ECM screens fail prematurely because they can’t take abuse? We have the solution. Let us provide a high strength screen that can stand up to your toughest environment. We can supply one screen that requires no backup plate and greatly increase open area. We can take that 0.010" screen that fails all too often and drill the same open area in metal 5 to 10 times thicker. And, it will be built to last. We currently provide open areas up to 45%.
